Bison Valley neighborhood. You literally can't get a better location. Beautiful concrete block house with pool, screen enclosure and semi private back yard. Access to golf cart paths. Kitchen has ample storage with granite countertops. Master suite with walk in tiled shower, walk in closet, dual sinks and quality Delta fixtures. Laundry room is bigger than most with built in granite desk. The whole house was recently painted inside and out. Irrigation system uses free well water. The pool has solar panels so you can get a few more months of swimming in. Very quiet neighborhood. Quite a few retirees live here because they want to be close to The Villages but not have to pay the amenity fees, plus the houses here are less expensive. Low HOA at around $26/month and we have the lowest taxes at $2200/year. All the carpet was removed and laminate flooring installed a few years ago. All rooms have ceiling fans and tray ceiling in master BR. Professionally landscaped with cement curbing around the entire house. Screen enclosure was completely re-screened last year.Bison Valley is one of best The Villages neighborhoods in the area. Not only because it was built by The Villages but it's the only neighborhood that has access to The Villages golf cart paths. Which means you can take your golf cart from your garage right to the golf course or the town square for nightly entertainment 365 days a year or anywhere else in The Villages. The pool was built by the premier pool builder, T & D Pools. It has a quartz surface that still looks like new. We also are the only neighborhood that has individual irrigation wells so you can water your lawn as much as you want without raising your water bill. Plus we are so close to The Villages Charter school, shopping and restaurants, you are close to everything. Because we're in Sumter county, our taxes have actually gone down the last couple years.
